Terms of Service
As of: 28 September 2026 · One price: €29 / €290 (§ 5) · Courtesy translation — the German version („Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen“) is legally binding.
§ 1 Scope and parties
These terms apply between YELME, owner Younes EL Mestari, Frankfurter Str. 104, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, Germany (“Provider”) and the users of YelmeAtlas (“User”). Conflicting terms of the User apply only if the Provider has expressly agreed to them.
§ 2 Subject of the service
YelmeAtlas analyses publicly accessible reviews from Google Play and the Apple App Store. The service fetches reviews for an app named by the User, groups the texts by topic and reports, per topic, the number of reviews and the share of negative reviews.
The Provider does not access developer accounts, store backends or personal data of the end users of the analysed app.
§ 3 Important notice on data source and reliability
The analysis rests entirely on third-party data. The stores publish only a limited number of recent reviews, may change their structure at any time and owe the Provider no availability. The Provider therefore gives no warranty of completeness, accuracy or currency of the analysed data.
The results are a decision aid. They replace neither your own review nor professional advice. Business decisions based on the analysis are made at the User's own responsibility.
§ 4 Registration and account
Use requires an account with a valid e-mail address. The information provided must be accurate. Credentials must be kept confidential; any suspicion of unauthorised access must be reported without delay. The Provider may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
§ 5 Conclusion of contract, prices and payment
The contract is formed upon registration and acceptance of these terms.
The trial period is 14 days, requires no payment details and does not convert automatically into a paid subscription. A subscription only comes into existence when the customer actively books it after the trial.
The fee is €29 plus VAT per month or €290 plus VAT per year (equivalent to two months free of charge). It applies to every customer account alike; there is no tier to qualify for. Subscriptions concluded before 28 September 2026 at a different price continue at the price agreed back then. VAT is calculated automatically depending on the customer's country and VAT ID; payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Price changes for existing customers are announced at least 30 days in advance (§ 12).
§ 6 Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins with the conclusion of the contract. An unambiguous declaration by e-mail to info@yelme.de suffices.
§ 7 Term and termination
The usage contract runs for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either side at any time without notice. The User may cancel the account at any time by e-mail. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. After termination, account data is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.
§ 8 Obligations of the User
- No sharing of credentials with third parties.
- No automated mass retrieval beyond contractual use.
- No attempts to circumvent security measures or disrupt the service.
- No redistribution of the analyses as an own product without a separate agreement. Use within the User's own company, including internal reports and presentations, is expressly permitted.
§ 9 Limitation of liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence the Provider is liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider accepts no liability for decisions the User makes on the basis of the analyses, for inaccuracies in the stores' data, or for outages caused by force majeure or by changes at the data sources. Claims under mandatory product-liability law remain unaffected.
§ 10 Rights to content
All rights to the service, including source code, interface and analysis logic, remain with the Provider. The User receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for the contract term. The User may use the generated analyses freely within their company.
§ 11 Data protection
Details are governed by the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
§ 12 Changes to these terms
Changes are announced by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. If the User does not object within this period, they are deemed accepted; the announcement will point this out separately. In case of an objection, either side may terminate at the effective date.
§ 13 Governing law and venue
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the User's state of residence remain unaffected. Where permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Neu-Isenburg, Germany. Should any provision be invalid, the remainder stays in force.
§ 14 International use
The service is operated from Germany and is aimed at businesses. Users outside Germany are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with the law applicable at their seat. The Provider makes no representation that the service or these terms satisfy legal systems outside Germany.
The User represents that they are not listed on any sanctions list of the European Union, the United States or the United Nations and will not use the service in violation of export-control or sanctions rules.
Where mandatory consumer-protection law of the state of the User's habitual residence (including individual US states) provides more favourable rules, those rules remain unaffected (§ 13).
